Financial Management and Fund Accounting System

The buyer requires a supported, cloud-hosted financial management and fund accounting system to replace Abila MIP. The vendor must migrate historical detail and open items while providing offsite performance. The requested scope includes automating manual processes like cash projections, DRF routing, W-9/ACH collection, award payments, and field-unit reporting. The solution must strengthen internal controls, payment-fraud safeguards, segregation of duties, and audit readiness. Additionally, the vendor must deliver real-time, self-service reporting and automated dashboards for finance staff, program staff, senior leadership, and the Board. The system must integrate with Impexium, NeMo, PayPal, BluePay, bank and credit-card feeds, the investment-fund custodian, and payroll. Bidders must provide transparent, predictable pricing that scales with the agency user model and field-unit structure.
