RFI for Cloud Based Controlled Substances Reporting System

The buyer requires a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) controlled substances reporting system. The requested scope mandates a scalable solution that allows the buyer to add modules, incorporate state-specific modifications, and integrate with state or external systems. The system must deliver data to the buyer on daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedules, including data transfers via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). Additionally, the vendor must integrate the search function into all electronic health and medical record systems, support interstate interoperability, and maintain a robust audit trail of access and activity. To qualify, eligible vendors must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer requires offsite performance of the work and seeks budget proposals.
