The buyer requires a USA-only vendor to provide first aid, CPR, Narcan administration, and bleeding control training services for college personnel and students in Selden, NY on an as-needed basis. The requested scope includes instruction on adult, child, and infant CPR techniques, Automated External Defibrillator operation, first aid response procedures, Narcan administration, bleed control techniques, and recognition of common workplace emergencies. The vendor will perform work both onsite and offsite. The buyer seeks proposal pricing for its budget. To remain eligible, bidders must submit all questions by September 4, 2026. Bidders must complete and submit their bids using the forms provided by the college. The buyer will accept bids until September 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM, at which time the buyer opens the submissions. The buyer rejects late bids.
