IT Operational Efficiency Review Services

The government authority in Irving, TX requires a vendor to provide IT operational efficiency review services. The selected vendor must evaluate technology asset lifecycle management practices, assess current asset inventory, and review inventory completeness for actionable data. The vendor must perform benchmark research on peer cities' IT budgeting strategies, evaluate customer support processes and ServiceDesk Plus (ManageEngine) utilization, and assess IT project intake, prioritization, funding, and delivery governance. Additionally, the vendor must deliver strategic recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and responsibly manage budget growth impacting the General Fund and Technology Fund. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget.
