Janitorial Services

The State of Georgia Department of Administrative Services seeks a USA organization to provide onsite janitorial services for a government authority located in Georgia. The selected vendor must perform the janitorial services during the daily hours of 3:00pm to 5:00pm at each location for a one-year contract period. Interested suppliers must submit a completed Tax Compliance Form containing their company details, tax registration numbers, and tax contact information. The buyer requires an onshore USA organization to perform the contract. The buyer accepts digital submission of responses via email or online, and notes a budget status of looking for proposals. The State Entity will submit the tax compliance details to the Georgia Department of Revenue to determine if the supplier is a prohibited source or has outstanding tax issues, and no prohibited source may receive a contract award.
