The buyer seeks a vendor to provide economic development strategy, advisory, capacity building, and project delivery services. The scope requires strategic advice and hands-on implementation support across several key areas. The selected vendor must evaluate existing strategies, define competitive advantages, identify target industries, and create a three-to-five-year opportunity pipeline. Additional duties include conducting market and economic intelligence analysis, executing business attraction and retention strategies, and managing developer, real estate, and land strategies. The vendor must also establish customer relationship management tools, prospect pipelines, and reporting dashboards. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer requires proposals for the budget and allows digital submissions via email or online.
