Construction Manager at Risk Services

The government authority located in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a vendor to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services. The selected CMAR will begin in an agency support role during the preconstruction phase, collaborate with the owner and design team, and deliver a complete project that includes integrated technology specialties.
