RFI for Document Automation Content Support Platform

The buyer seeks an onshore, USA-based vendor to provide an OpenText Information Technology service solution for its Document Automation Content Services (DACS) platform, which supports 65,000 government users. The requested scope encompasses architecture, build-out, technical services, cybersecurity support including Risk Management Framework and audit readiness, user help desk, and potential future transition support. The vendor must manage customer onboarding, setup follow-on sustainment, support platform modernization from Virtual Machine hosted Microsoft Windows servers to native cloud containers, and evaluate COTS Artificial Intelligence capabilities. Additionally, the vendor must deliver rule-based, digital, high-volume automations providing Value to Mission data while utilizing a provided secure development platform. Performance of the work will occur offsite. The buyer requires responses submitted digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget.
