RFI for Platform One Enterprise Software - Sources Sought

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide commercially available Platform One enterprise software to support its premier enterprise DevSecOps initiative. The buyer requires a secure, compliant, and scalable chat and collaboration solution, such as Mattermost or an equivalent, that integrates with centralized single sign-on (SSO/SCIM) and existing DevSecOps pipelines. The solution must support DevSecOps workflows, cybersecurity standards, and a baseline of at least 4,700 active enterprise users. Additionally, the software must natively support FIPS encryption, Zero Trust principles, and continuous vulnerability scanning to empower mission owners to deliver software at the speed of relevance. To qualify, eligible vendors must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer mandates offsite work performance. Vendors may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposals to establish the budget.
