Written Translation Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide written translation and supplementary language services to facilitate access for Limited English Proficient individuals. Primary languages include Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, and Armenian, alongside Cantonese and Mandarin for spoken narration. Secondary languages include Arabic, Farsi, Punjabi, Russian, Japanese, Hindi, Mon-Khmer, and Thai. The primary scope requires translating written documents and electronic formats from and into English. Secondary services require editing, proofreading, independent linguistic review, quality assurance, and Machine Translation Post-Editing. The buyer requires an onshore United States organization to perform the work offsite over a two-year contract period. Bidders must submit questions no later than August 28, 2026. The buyer accepts digital proposals via email or online and requests proposals to determine the budget.
