Dataohio Portal Software as a Service

The buyer requires a ready-to-deploy, turn-key Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud-based DataOhio portal specifically for government data transparency. The requested scope includes single sign-on integration, federated administration capabilities, a structured folder hierarchy with folder-level access management, and a no-cost API or data integration with the State's enterprise data platform ecosystem (AWS/Snowflake). Optional Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities may be offered. The system must support an existing data environment managing approximately 1TB of data, with plans to expand hosted public datasets. The buyer awards a one-year contract. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore vendors located in the United States only. The winning vendor performs all work offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online to provide budget pricing for evaluation.
