Easement Management System

The buyer requires a comprehensive, web-accessible, geospatially enabled easement management system to centralize mapping, administration, monitoring, and reporting. The software must serve as a centralized system for staff to view, manage, update, and report on easements, landowner information, monitoring assessments, and associated funding. Requested scope includes integrating with ESRI ArcGIS, Survey123, Field Maps, document and photo storage, and easement records. The solution must support existing tabular and spatial data migration, feature an interactive explore map, and streamline administrative workflows through heads-up digitizing or shapefile uploads. Additionally, the system must capture temporal monitoring assessments with compliance findings, notifications, and reminders. Only onshore USA organizations qualify for this opportunity, and the selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
