Student Fundraising Activities Service

The buyer requires vendors to provide student fundraising activities, food items, or other products for resale to support school-related events and programs across various district schools. Approved vendors will join an open-ended list to supply resale items and must conduct business in a professional, timely manner with district stakeholders. The activities must not interfere with the educational mission, must comply with state and federal laws, and require discretion from school personnel to avoid excessive commercialization. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and all work performance will occur offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals and has not provided specific budget figures. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 7, 2026.
