Website Strategy and Digital Accessibility Consultant Services

The buyer seeks website strategy and digital accessibility consultant services to support a website refresh and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, including ADA Title II Digital Accessibility Regulations. The selected vendor must provide project management, data analytics, and evaluation support to navigate competing priorities and maintain progress. Scope of work includes reviewing current practices, evaluating city digital properties for accessibility gaps, co-facilitating focus groups and stakeholder presentations, and translating data into actionable compliance recommendations.
