The government authority located in North Carolina requires a USA-based organization to provide offsite integrated mental health services. The buyer needs a Director to manage administrative functions, crisis intervention optimization, IMHS hotline on-call scheduling, case management records, outreach consent documentation, and clinical staff coverage. The scope also requires licensed IMHS Clinician Case Managers to deliver psychological assessments, evaluations, telephonic and in-person crisis interventions, trauma treatments, and clinical case management. Additionally, IMHS Non-Clinical Case Managers must deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate care using registries, technology, and health information exchanges.
