RFI for Cloud-Based Complex Asset Management and Maintenance Management System

The Town seeks information on a vendor-hosted, cloud-based software solution for managing complex assets and maintenance practices. The buyer requires a Software-as-a-Service system fully accessible through web browsers on computers, smartphones, and tablets without local client software or town-hosted application infrastructure. The system must support secure API and file-based data integration, single sign-on, role-based access control, searchable log exports, built-in redundancy, and custom report creation. Additionally, the software must store and process all town data, backups, and disaster recovery data securely. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only.
