Web Based Individual Driver Record Checks and Risk Assessments

The buyer requires a vendor to provide web-based individual driver record checks and risk assessments to support its safety, loss prevention, and auditing programs. Division staff will use the solution to identify high-risk drivers of County vehicles and mitigate risks, while the Office of Professional Standards will audit the driver license status of prospective employees. The requested scope includes management tools, risk assessment program requirements, and minimum program capabilities. The system must comply with County Information Systems and Services, Enterprise Security Standards – External Data Hosting. To eligible for this opportunity, the bidder must be an onshore, USA-based organization. The contractor will perform all work offsite.
