The intuitive, accessible solution must support multiple languages, plain language, configurable features, analytics, and transparent AI-enabled functionality that helps participants understand assessment results. Eligible bidders must be onshore Canada organizations only, and the work will occur offsite. The buyer accepts proposals for the budget and will award a three-year contract.
