The vendor must protect approximately 35,200 active users and 2.5 petabytes of data across two Microsoft 365 tenants against accidental deletion, corruption, ransomware, malicious or insider activity, compromised administrative accounts, and platform failure. The required scope includes immutable and logically isolated backups, granular through tenant-scale recovery, long-term retention, centralized administration, strong security and privacy controls, and a predictable total cost of ownership. The buyer requires offsite performance of the work. Only USA organizations located onshore are eligible to bid. The buyer seeks budget proposals from vendors. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 3, 2026, and must submit an intent to bid by September 17, 2026.
