Art Consultant Services

The buyer seeks an art consultant to provide services for a reconnecting communities project. The requested scope requires conducting community engagement to ensure the design reflects local needs and preferences. The selected vendor will integrate or apply artwork concepts to various bridge elements, such as metalwork, laser-cut panels, gateway features, painted murals, sculptures, lighting installations, interactive components, historic storytelling, indigenous representation, and ecological education.
