Janitorial Services

The buyer requests janitorial services for its facility located in Alexandria, LA for a two-year contract period. The contractor must perform all work onsite. Required tasks include stocking paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap, as well as emptying sanitary napkin receptacles and damp wiping them with disinfectant. The contractor must also empty all wastebaskets and large receptacles, replace trash can liners, clean all towel cabinet covers, dispensers, and changing tables, and wipe down bathroom walls and partitions with a damp sponge and disinfectant. Additional duties require cleaning commodes, urinals, counters, mirrors, and wash basins, alongside wet mopping and rinsing restroom floors with disinfectant. The buyer will provide paper towels, toilet paper, and liquid soap to the contractor at no cost. Eligibility is restricted to US onshore organizations only.
