The buyer requires the vendor to administer placement tests for all applicants, deliver instructional courses using a secure learning management system, and provide digital access to a course catalog covering online, in-person, and lab classes. The vendor must supply qualified faculty, support staff, and instructors for industrial trade-based instruction.
