Coaching and Leadership Development Services

The Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB), a British Columbia government authority, seeks a Canada-based vendor to provide offsite coaching and leadership development services. The buyer requires these services to address equity issues, resistance to equity initiatives, and unintentional harm regarding equity, race, Indigeneity, and accessibility. The requested scope includes one-to-one coaching for leaders across various organization levels, such as Executive Directors, Directors, Managers, Regional Managers, Senior Managers, Supervisors, and other roles identified by the LDB. Additionally, the selected vendor must deliver self-serve resources, group coaching, team interventions, and consultation services. Eligibility is limited strictly to onshore organizations within Canada. The buyer has not specified a fixed budget and is looking for proposal submissions to determine the costs.
