Holiday Lighting Installation Services

The City of Lathrup Village Downtown Development Authority (DDA) seeks qualified vendors to provide professional holiday lighting and decorating services for the City Hall grounds at 27400 Southfield Road, Lathrup Village, MI 48076. The scope of work requires wrapping eight trees, wrapping four two-story columns, decorating the monument sign, decorating two public entrances, and optionally installing 200 linear feet of cornice lighting if within budget. The buyer welcomes additional concept ideas. The vendor must perform work onsite and complete installation prior to Thanksgiving, with removal after New Year's Day.
