Fiber Network Public Private Partnership Service

The City of Huntington Park invites qualified onshore USA organizations to submit qualifications and partnership structure proposals for a Fiber Network Public Private Partnership. The City needs a partner to deliver day-to-day network operations, management, maintenance, customer installations, repairs, customer billing, service, support, sales, and support systems. These services will advance the Huntington Park Broadband Enterprise, which features a municipally-owned, 51.8-route-mile fiber-optic network. The City retains full ownership of all broadband assets, including outside plants, communications facilities, and network core and edge equipment. The vendor will perform the work offsite. The City requests proposal-based pricing for the budget. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than September 8, 2026.
