Rabies Tags Supplies

The Durham, NC government authority requires a vendor to supply rabies tags made of 0.050-inch-thick tempered aluminum. The buyer specifies oblong tags measuring 5/8 inches wide by 1 3/4 inches long, featuring a 1/8-inch attaching hole at each end set back from the edge. The tags must have an orange dye finish on both sides with a minimum coating thickness of 0.00035 inches, tested per A.S.T.M. Specification No. B137.45. Straight-lined stamping on one side must include "N.C. Div. Of Public Health" in approximately 1/16-inch lettering on line one and serial numbers ranging from 000001 to 300000 on line two.
