Behavioral Health Service

The Sullivan County Department of Community Services requires assistance from outside behavioral health service providers to deliver direct mental health, alcoholism and drug abuse, and care coordination services to Sullivan County residents. The requested scope includes providing a mental health clinic, related crisis intervention, case management, care coordination, oversight over providers receiving state aid, and gaps and needs assessments. Vendors can submit proposals for one or all services, perform work offsite, or request in their delivery plan to rent County space. The County will not provide direct funding; contractors must rely on state funding and billable units of service and include their payment processes in their delivery plans. To be eligible, the applicant must be an onshore, USA-based experienced not-for-profit provider. The County issued Request for Proposal #R-26-36 on August 28, 2026, and sets the proposal due date for September 18, 2026.
