Fire and Emergency Medical Dispatch Services

The buyer requires a USA-based vendor to provide offsite, 24-hour-per-day, 365-day-per-year fire and emergency medical dispatch services. The selected contractor must supply all necessary supervision, facilities, systems, communications infrastructure, software, equipment, licenses, and resources. Requested duties include receiving emergency incidents from applicable Public Safety Answering Points, processing various incidents requiring District response, monitoring radio channels, and executing emergency traffic procedures and notifications. The contractor must also manage mutual aid communications, outside resource requests, mobile data devices, station alerting systems, GIS/mapping, Automatic Vehicle Location, cybersecurity, and backup dispatch facilities with redundant Computer-Aided Dispatch and power systems. Bidders must submit all questions by September 7, 2026. The buyer accepts digital responses via email or online, and bidders must submit a proposal for the budget.
