The City seeks a vendor to provide a modern, off-the-shelf municipal financial management software, application hosting, implementation, and technology services to replace its existing system. The requested scope includes providing software licenses or subscriptions, cloud-based application hosting with disaster recovery, project management, system configuration, data conversion, and data migration from the current system. The solution must automate routine tasks, reduce manual workflows, improve integration with third-party applications, and enhance financial reporting, analytics, system response times, and security. To be eligible, vendors must perform work onshore within the USA only. The contract requires offsite performance and spans a one-year period. The City evaluates proposals digitally submitted via email or online to determine the budget, as it is currently looking for proposals. The buyer intends to evaluate solutions that fit the agency's size, staffing, operational requirements, and long-term support needs.
