Commercial Moving Services

The government authority in Victoria, BC, requires a Canadian organization to provide commercial moving services, including commercial packing, transfer, placement, and move close-out. The selected vendor must supply trucks, crew, handling equipment, standard commercial packing materials, labels, carts, dollies, and protective coverings. The vendor must load, transport, unload, and place items in rooms identified on the approved destination schedule in the approved sequence. Additionally, the vendor must reconcile each load, maintain daily load records, record damage or exceptions, report damage immediately, complete daily close-outs, and perform a final sweep of origin and receiving areas. Performance of the work will occur onsite or offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals and lists no specific budget. A pre-proposal meeting takes place on September 09, 2026.
