Front-End Developer Services for the Timber Portal Platform

The buyer requires front-end developer services for the timber portal platform. The requested scope includes providing a back-end consultant to improve tool user-friendliness, updating reference layers and programmatic languages, and improving platform performance and security. The selected vendor must propose site improvements and fixes, perform maintenance and bug solving within time and budget constraints, and provide a list of suggested improvements to keep the platform functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
