Streaming Media Hosting, Management and Distribution Platform

The Federal Judiciary seeks a vendor to provide an onshore, offsite streaming media hosting, management, and distribution platform. The platform must manage, host, and quickly distribute the buyer's media library for internal and public on-demand viewing. Requirements include continuous 24/7/365 system monitoring, administrative and technical support, maintenance, security, backup, and recovery. The system currently requires approximately 17 TB of data storage, 6,000 GB of monthly streaming bandwidth, and transcoding resources for up to 80 hours of new monthly content. Additionally, the platform must supply integrated HTML5 video players that embed into court websites or direct link pages, support responsive design across modern browsers and mobile devices, and include full-screen controls. Eligible bidders must be a United States organization. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 10, 2026.
