The buyer seeks a cost-effective, secure, user-friendly, scalable, interactive, and architecturally sound distributed scheduler solution to manage jobs, tasks, and file transmissions from multiple endpoints. The requested scope includes automation, monitoring, observability, artifact management, execution, granular cyclical job scheduling, environmental isolation between non-production and production environments, and support for multiple deployments. The solution must handle management, validation, versioning, scripting, and securing of automation artifacts, maintain automatic job versioning histories, allow copying or moving jobs within the organizational structure, and coordinate activities across DevOps, hybrid, multi-cloud, and mainframe environments. Only USA organizations operating onshore qualify for eligibility, and the vendor will perform all work offsite.
