RFI for Data Collect Data Once, Use Numerous Times System - Sources Sought

The buyer seeks vendor information for a system that enables its Real-World Data initiative by collecting data once and using it numerous times. The proposed system must deliver high-quality, standardized, and provenanced data to the research community through approved access. Initially, the capability will extract requested and approved data from Healthcare Partner agency systems. The solution must remain modular and extensible to integrate other authorized source systems, including laboratory information systems, pharmacy information systems, picture archiving and communication systems, vendor-neutral archives, and specialty systems. The agency mandates that the system preserve source data, source provenance metadata, permissions, and source ontology fields without modification or loss. Only onshore organizations from the United States are eligible to participate. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer currently seeks proposals to determine the budget for this requirement.
