Art Handling Services

The buyer seeks vendors to provide comprehensive art handling services. The requested scope includes full-service custom large-scale art installation, de-installation, and fabrication for rotating temporary public art. Vendors must handle medium- and small-scale exhibitions, adjust or install lighting, repair mechanical or electrical systems, fabricate sculptural bases, and manage inventory. Additionally, the buyer requires fine art packing, custom crate design, blanket-wrap services, domestic ground and air transportation, and secure climate or non-climate storage. To qualify, the vendor must be a United States onshore organization. The vendor will perform the work offsite and must carry out the work at its own office premises. The buyer seeks proposals for the project budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 18, 2026.
