Web Map Tile Streaming Service

The buyer requires a web map tile streaming service that covers the entirety of the province in natural color with a maximum resolution of 1.5 meters. The vendor must provide cloud-free, orthorectified, mosaicked, and color-balanced imagery that is visually enhanced for brightness and contrast to ensure near-seamless coverage. A single sensor or constellation of sensors must capture all imagery. Additionally, over 90% of the imagery must originate from 2025 and 2026, with no imagery older than 2024, and more than 90% captured between May 15 and October 15. The imagery should be or equivalent. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore qualify for this opportunity. The vendor must perform all work offsite at its own office premises.
