The buyer seeks a vendor to deliver a structured, instructor-led, virtual affordable housing training service for a government authority in Washington, DC. The requested scope requires the vendor to provide training materials, deliver live virtual instruction, and strengthen staff knowledge of agency multifamily underwriting principles and affordable housing finance. The vendor must incorporate practical examples, case studies, financial analysis exercises, participant engagement methods, and assessments to evaluate understanding. Additionally, the vendor must provide completion documentation and coordinate course schedules, materials, virtual access, and administration with the government. The buyer limits eligibility to USA organizations and sets aside this procurement totally for small businesses. The vendor will perform all work offsite.
