Janitorial Service

The buyer requires a vendor to perform onsite janitorial services for its facility located in Eastaboga, AL. The required scope includes sweeping and mopping all building floors, sweeping the front landing, and removing trash while replacing trash liners. The selected vendor must dust tables, cabinets, blinds, and windowsills using a damp cloth, clean windows monthly with glass cleaner, and clean the inside of the microwave and outside of the refrigerator. The vendor must also remove all cobwebs inside the office, including from the crown molding and windows. To eligible for consideration, the buyer restricts participation to vendors operating onshore within the USA only. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally through email or online.
