RFI for Dental Laboratory Services - Sources Sought

The government authority located in New Mexico seeks an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise to provide dental laboratory services on an as-needed basis for a one-year contract period. The buyer requires an onshore USA organization to fabricate, repair, and customize dental prosthetics and appliances offsite based on prescriptions issued by Clinic providers. The requested scope includes crowns, bridges, splints, full and partial dentures, and related dental laboratory products. The selected contractor must manage the fabrication, packaging, shipping, and delivery of all completed cases. The buyer currently seeks proposals to determine the budget for these services.
