Emergency Medical Membership Access Services

The buyer, a government authority located in Washington, DC, requires a USA-based contractor to provide offsite emergency medical membership access services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The contractor must coordinate access to quality health care, medical assistance, travel assistance, and security assistance services. Specific required medical services include emergency evacuations, medically supervised repatriations, companion tickets, post-evacuation travel and accommodation arrangements, repatriation of mortal remains, return home of minor children, medical monitoring, inpatient admission with receiving physician identification, and dispatch of medication and supplies. The contractor must advise the buyer of recommended services and obtain financial authorization before performing or arranging any billable service. They must also recommend medical evacuation when a patient has a serious medical condition and local facilities are inadequate. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid.
