Public Engagement Consulting Services

The buyer requires public engagement consulting services to develop the 2055 Regional Transportation Plan. The selected vendor must coordinate public engagement alongside the agency, satisfy all federal and state requirements, and capture stakeholders' regional transit desires and goals. Additionally, the consultant must create a targeted outreach strategy for underrepresented populations, establish contacts with diverse community partners, and produce comprehensive syntheses of all public engagement and stakeholder consultation input. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposal submissions regarding the budget.
