Strategic Employment Area Master Environmental Servicing Plan and Secondary Plan Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a strategic employment area master environmental servicing plan and secondary plan service. The requested scope includes assessing sanitary, water, stormwater including municipal drains, infrastructure, and transportation. The vendor must develop, evaluate, and recommend servicing strategies to support the planned industrial development. Additional required tasks include providing estimated design and construction costs for the recommended strategy, reviewing and recommending low impact development stormwater strategies, performing preliminary sizing of stormwater infrastructure, and preparing cost estimates for the detailed design and construction of the preferred stormwater strategy. Only Canadian onshore organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 7, 2026.
