Planning Consultant Services

The City of Edgewater, Florida seeks a planning consultant to provide professional services under a three-year contract. The buyer requires the selected vendor to deliver economic development support by analyzing demographic and market data to establish incentives, retain and attract businesses, and advance economic initiatives. Additionally, the contractor must manage intergovernmental and agency coordination for municipal projects and development programs, perform public service and capacity studies through research and fieldwork, and supply planning expertise to implement smart growth principles, annexation strategies, and sustainable development. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. Interested bidders must submit their proposals digitally through email or online.
