General Liability Third Party Administration Services

The buyer needs general liability third party administration services for liability claims over a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must assume existing claims, assign agency-approved dedicated claims personnel, maintain current claim file numbers, and reevaluate active claim reserve levels. The requested scope also requires the vendor to conduct incident investigations by traveling to agency property locations, document if parties refuse statements, and review, investigate, and evaluate all reported third-party auto claims. Work performance will occur offsite. Eligible vendors must operate onshore within the USA. The buyer requests proposals for the budget and requires all questions to be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
