Behavioral Health Outreach Program Service

The agency requires onshore, Washington state-licensed behavioral health and substance use service providers, or an integrated provider partnership, to deliver an on-call behavioral health outreach program for agency residents. The selected vendor must perform outreach, engagement, interventions, rapid crisis response, and referrals. Engagement strategies include responding to pre-crisis situations within two business days, attempting a minimum of three resident contacts, conducting outreach at prioritized buildings, and delivering eight hours of weekly onsite nursing services during office hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Vendors will perform work offsite for a one-year contract period. The agency seeks proposals to establish the budget.
