Event Producer Service

The buyer requires an event producer to provide professional event planning, management, and production services on an as-needed basis to support its event schedule at various locations. The requested scope encompasses project management and production leadership, program development and show management, creative and design support, and on-site execution. On-site execution duties include vendor management during load-in, setup, rehearsal, event execution, and strike. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The buyer requires performance of the work both onsite and offsite. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 10, 2026. The buyer accepts response submissions digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget.
