Transit Signal Priority Design Engineering Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide transit signal priority design engineering services and implementation of Transit Signal Prioritization (TSP) across approximately 7.0 miles in Lakewood, WA. The buyer seeks a study to explore the feasibility and implementation of TSP upgrades and transit priority elements, alongside a detailed design and implementation plan for a fully integrated, upgraded TSP system. The requested scope includes establishing a technical advisory committee, collecting existing traffic and transit data, inventorying controllers and TSP systems, preparing a detailed design architecture, developing design specifications, installation, and system verification plans, and creating an operations and maintenance plan for performance monitoring. To be eligible, vendors must be an onshore USA organization. The selected vendor must perform the work onsite.
