Cleaning Equipment Rental Services

The County of Allegheny in Pennsylvania seeks a bidder to provide cleaning equipment rental services for storm sewer systems with an operator on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis. The scope includes high velocity water jet rodders, combination Vactor-jet rodders, and high flow combination Vactor-jet rodders for onsite performance over a two-year contract from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2028, with two one-year renewal options.
