Janitorial Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a comprehensive janitorial services contract for the city hall facility in Troy, MO. The scope covers all areas occupied by the city's administrative offices, building department, police department, and other internal city operations. Requested duties include high and low dusting of horizontal surfaces and office furnishings, vacuuming carpets, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping hard surface floors, cleaning doors, frames, chair and table legs, stairways, hallways, and corridors, dusting accessible vents, and removing trash to designated disposal areas. To eligible to bid, the vendor must be a USA organization. The buyer requires onsite performance of the work for a contract period of five years. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors may submit responses digitally via email or online. The buyer will hold a pre-proposal facility walkthrough on September 23, 2026.
