The buyer requires a vendor to provide a comprehensive AI governance solution. The selected contractor must assess current-state AI usage, risks, and policy gaps to deliver a prioritized roadmap. Additionally, the vendor must continuously inventory AI assets across platforms, convert county policies into enforceable technical controls, enable runtime behavior monitoring, integrate with Entra ID, and deliver spend attribution controls with executive dashboards. Eligible vendors must operate onshore within the United States, and all contract performance will occur offsite.
